One price per car, not per person, the same at 4am as at 4pm. Heathrow's £7 forecourt charge is already inside it. Estate cars are £5 more, people carriers £30 more, and an extra pickup on the way is £5.
How long does it take?
It's usually north on the A24 through Horsham and Dorking and on to the M25, or the A23 and M23 when that's quicker on the night. Either way the M25 decides the timing, which is why the pickup is planned for the hour you travel.

When we'd pick you up
We allow two hours at the airport for short-haul and three for long-haul, which is what most airlines at Heathrow ask, then add the drive for that hour. On a weekday in November:

Which terminal?
Heathrow has four: 2, 3, 4 and 5. Your airline booking says which; tell us when you book and we'll drop you at the right door. Coming home, your driver waits in that terminal's arrivals hall at the information desk with a Sussex Airlink name board, and your first hour of waiting from the moment you actually land is free.

We've lived here since 2013. From the seafront to Findon Valley, every part of Worthing is the same £120 to Heathrow, and your driver will find you first time, even at 2am.

Is there a train from Worthing to Heathrow?Not a direct one. It's at least one change and usually a Tube or a coach at the end. With cases, at 5am, the car wins, and four of you pay £30 each.
Does the price change if the M25 is a car park?No. £120 is £120, whatever the M25 is doing. We just leave earlier.
What about Heathrow's drop-off charge?It's inside the fare. Heathrow charges £7 per visit to the terminal forecourt; you'll never see it.
