Little travellers, looked after like our own.
Gatwick, Heathrow and door-to-door exeats for Windlesham boarders and their families, with booster seats fitted, a safe word on every run, and you able to watch every mile.

Our three taught us that an eight-year-old's journey isn't really about the miles. It's about who's there, whether they're warm, and whether someone kind is talking to them.
Windlesham boarders are young, and some are a very long way from home. So the drivers who collect them are people we'd trust with our own children, because they're the people we trust with our own children.
Tell us what makes your child feel safe, a favourite song, a quiet drive, a teddy who needs a seatbelt too, and we'll make the journey feel a little more like home. And when they're on their way back to you, we'll make sure you know every step of it, because we know exactly how long that drive feels from the other end.

Our promises to you
How every journey works
Keeping your child safe is the whole job
Our safeguarding policy, Carrying children safely, is yours to read before you book. Just ask. Our safeguarding lead is Habib.
When home is a flight away
- Children flying alone: we hand your child to the airline's escort team, stay until they're through, and message you with the time.
- Door to door, not bus stop to bus stop: on exeat weekends, if the school bus doesn't suit your family, we'll bring your child home to your front door, anywhere in London and the South East, with the same driver wherever we can.
- Guardians welcome: one monthly invoice, every message copied.
A little extra help, at a fair, fixed price
Some children need more than a lift to the door. These add-ons are priced to cover our time and the airport parking, not to make money from a worried parent, and you'll know the price before you book.
Your child is met inside the terminal, not in a car park, and walked to the car. Chaperone agencies can charge over £100 for this alone. With us, it's part of the fare.
We park, walk your child in, and stay until the bags are dropped and the boarding pass is in their hand. Then we message you. Parking and up to an hour included.
For children flying as unaccompanied minors. We're named on the airline's form, hand your child to the escort team, and stay until the plane has left, as most airlines require. Parking and up to three hours included.
Coming home as an unaccompanied minor? We wait at the airline's desk, sign for your child with ID, and bring them back. Parking and up to an hour and a half included.
Flight delayed beyond the time included? Extra time is £40 an hour, and we'll always message you before it starts. Two children, connecting flights or an escort to the gate: ask us for a fixed price.
